Self-Care Saturday: Yoga and Brunch

Self-Care Saturday: Yoga and Brunch

Enhance your wellbeing by nourishing your mind, body, and soul at our Self-Care Saturday which starts off with vinyasa yoga followed by a healthy brunch at our rooftop restaurant

It is important that – amidst the bustle of London life – we hold space for ourselves and practice prioritising our physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Self-Care Saturdays at The Conduit is about giving over space, time, and guidance to help you on your journey.

Our Self-Care Saturday starts with a 45-minute vinyasa ‘flow’ yoga session with the well known LevelSix Studios. Vinyasa is a popular style of yoga where poses are creatively connected together so that they flow. Sally will guide you through the poses as well as the breathwork that underpins the transitions. Whatever your level of experience, you will be welcomed and encouraged.

Afterwards, you’ll ascend to the rooftop restaurant for a healthy brunch, enabling you to relax and connect with others.
