What is the length of the membership contract?
Memberships are 12-month contracts.
How much does membership cost?
Conduit Membership – £1,500 per year (monthly payment plan also available)
Not-for-profit Membership – £1,250 per year (monthly payment plan also available)
(Out-of-town memberships are available for those who live and work outside of the M25)
Can I pause or freeze my membership?
Members are not entitled to freeze, pause or temporarily suspend their Membership at any time during the Membership Term, except when for parental leave, where a written request can be submitted for a sabbatical by contacting the Membership Team.
What are the Community Groups?
Our Community Groups bring members together around The Conduit’s Solutions Agenda pillars:

By design, these themes are broad, so everyone can find their space to learn, collaborate and create meaningful change.
When do the Community Groups meet?
Each group has a regular, allocated time on Mondays or Fridays

As many as you would like and have time to contribute to!

Can I work from The Conduit?
The Club is intended to operate as a community, networking and collaboration space and is not provided or intended to be used as a dedicated co-working facility. Please see The Conduit Terms & Conditions for more details.

Can I take a virtual meeting from The Conduit?
Yes, but virtual meetings must take place within the dedicated 3rd-floor phone booths, bookable through the Member App.
Online/video meetings are not permitted within communal spaces.
How do I book a phone booth?
You can book a phone booth directly through the Members App. Go to My Club > Book a Phone Booth and select your preferred time.
How long can I book a phone booth for?
You can book a phone booth for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. To ensure fair access for all members, we kindly ask that you do not make back-to-back bookings.
How do I book a meeting room?
You can request a meeting room directly through the Members App. Go to My Club > Book a Room and complete the request form. Once submitted, a member of the Events Team will be in touch to assist with your booking.

Guest Policy
How many guests can I bring to The Conduit?
Members may bring up to two guests during the day and an additional two guests for evening Impact Programming events, unless otherwise permitted by The Conduit or specified for a particular booking or event. All guests will need to show their Guest Pass to gain admission.
An individual Guest may visit The Conduit on a maximum of three occasions within any rolling 12-month period, after which they may be required to apply for Membership before further visits are approved.
How do I register a Guest in advance?
You can register a guest through the Members App by going to My Club > Register a Guest and completing the form. Please note that you will need your guest’s email address and phone number.
Once registered, your guest will receive an email and text message with instructions to activate their guest pass.
All guests must be registered through the Members App and issued with a Guest Pass. Guests can only be registered on the day of their visit.
Guest must be accompanied by a member and will not be able to access The Conduit unless the member is on the premises.
Does my Guest need a Guest Pass as well as an event ticket?
Yes. Every Guest must have a Guest Pass to scan at Reception on arrival.
If attending a specific event, they must also be registered through the event RSVP function in the App alongside the Member’s RSVP.
Can I bring my child if they are under 18?
Children under the age of 18 are welcome when accompanied by a Member aged 18 or over until 18:00.
After 18:00, everyone within the Club must be aged 18 or over.
Ubuntu Fridays, Events & Programming
What is Ubuntu Friday?
On the second Friday of every month, the whole community comes together for Ubuntu Friday – our flagship Members’ Day.
It’s a full day of inspiration, bringing together member-led workshops and sessions, interactive debates, keynote speakers, networking and opportunities to build your personal and professional skills – closing with drinks and a bite to eat.
Ubuntu Fridays also include new Member induction and Community Group showcases. These are the days to find your people.
Do I need to book for Ubuntu Friday?
The full programme for Ubuntu Friday will be available via the Member App and members can register for individual sessions directly in the App
Community lunch on Ubuntu Friday is also bookable via the Member App
Can I bring a guest to Ubuntu Friday?
Our Ubuntu Fridays are designed with our Community in mind and from January 2027 will be open to Members only as an exclusive benefit.
Can I attend part of Ubuntu Friday rather than the whole day?
Absolutely – you can join for as much or as little of the day as you would like to (but our recommendation is to stay for as much as you can!)

How do I know which events are live-streamed and how do I watch?
Events that offer a live streaming option are clearly marked on the What’s On section of our app and website. Please follow the dedicated link for registration / viewing.

Twice a year, The Conduit community comes together to volunteer with meaningful projects across the UK and make a tangible impact at scale. These are dedicated days where our community turns shared purpose into practical action.

When are the restaurants open?
Birchwood
Monday to Saturday 8:00 – 23:00 (last booking 22:00)
Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (last booking 15:00) *Sundays are back from September 6th onwards (closed for August)
Nettle
Doors open 16th September
Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 – 23:00
Lunch starts 12:00 last booking 14:30
Dinner starts 17:30 last booking 21:30
When can I order food and drink in the Member Lounges?
Birchwood provides service in designated Members’ Lounges, with a dedicated menu prepared by the Ground Floor kitchen.
2nd Floor: Breakfast from 8:00–11:00 and lunch from 12:00–16:00.
3rd Floor: Breakfast from 8:00–11:00 and lunch from 12:00–16:00.
For now, please order as usual, as QR code ordering is not yet fully available.

How do I book Nettle or Birchwood?
You can book a table at either of our restaurants, Nettle on the 5th Floor or Birchwood on the Ground Floor, through the Members App, The Conduit website, by contacting Reception, or directly through each restaurant’s website.

How do I view my membership charges and VAT invoices?
Log into The Conduit London Member Portal through your web browser.
All statements and invoices can be found under Billing.
Practical Information & Dress Code
Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code; however, we ask Members and Guests to dress appropriately while on the premises. Shoes must be worn at all times.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome unless a particular space or event has been designated dog-free.
Dogs must remain on a lead at all times and must not sit, stand or jump on furniture. If a dog is disturbing Members, Guests or staff, The Conduit may require the owner to remove the dog from the premises.
