How the World Eats, Julian Baggini in Conversation with Tristram Stuart

Philosopher Julian Baggini and food waste activist Tristram Stuart explore how our food choices shape the planet, our values, and our future.

Renowned philosopher Julian Baggini, joined by food waste activist and author Tristram Stuart as moderator, takes us on a journey through the cultural, ethical, and technological dimensions of food. From cutting-edge innovations like cultured meat to the ethics of aquaculture and food commodification, Baggini uncovers the forces shaping what we eat—and what it means for our future.

At The Conduit, Stuart will bring his deep expertise in tackling food waste and championing sustainable food systems, offering fresh insights into how we can create fair, humane, and resourceful ways to nourish the world in the 21st century.
