An always-on intelligence function embedded across The Conduit’s activity, we look out for emerging solutions, unmet needs and promising ideas from our events, partnerships and network, synthesising them into a focused pipeline of opportunities ready for development.
Incubate Ideas
The most promising opportunities enter the Lab for incubation and acceleration. They are taken through a repeatable, reliable approach — from idea to tangible, real-world, funded initiative.

We then support initiatives that emerge from the process of incubation, turning bold ideas into scalable solutions through coalitions, pilots, and system-level programs.
