Zoë Arden works at the intersection of leadership and storytelling. She is a Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and has supported thousands of leaders globally with her training programmes and influence and impact coaching.
Ed Gillespie is a poet, writer, communications specialist, serial entrepreneur and futurist. He specialises in systems thinking and systems change. Ed is the author of ‘Only Planet – a flight-free adventure around the world’ a book about his circumnavigation of the globe without getting on a plane.
Caroline Wanjiru is Global Health and Humanitarian Relief Director at UPS, leading global humanitarian response efforts across the Americas, EMEA & APAC. With over a decade of experience in social impact strategy, her work focuses on aligning UPS’s logistics capabilities with their ESG and CSR goals—delivering shared value to communities and humanitarian partners through strategic, high-impact interventions. She has led multi-million dollar emergency response missions, built cross-sector partnerships with NGOs and UN agencies, and helped shape UPS’s approach to community resilience and disaster preparedness. In 2015, Caroline co-founded Still A Mum Trust, a nonprofit offering psycho-social support to bereaved parents, where she continues to serve as a volunteer and trustee.
Agamemnon Otero is CEO of Energy Garden, co-founder of Repowering, Brixton Energy, Community Energy England, and has sat on the UK Government’s Community Energy Contact Group. He has a M.Sc. Architecture: Advanced Environment and Energy and previously worked as the Director for Renewable Energy Project Finance and Social Responsibility at a financial institution. Having had cancer twice Agamemnon has B.Sc. in pre medicine and worked in a pulmonary clinic as the head medical assistant for two years. After which he spent 10 years as a fine artist making hospitals hospitable. In 2014, he was named a London Leader; in 2016, he was awarded an MBE for services to community energy; and in 2017, he was named one of the 51 Most Impactful Green Leaders globally by CSR Congress. In 2021, his work on urban resilience was included in the Venice Biennial and the UK Cabinet Offices COP 26 One Step Greener film , showcased as 1 of 15 UK Business & Industrial Strategy Catapult Connected Organisation for Latin America and in Patagonia’s We The Power film (trailer). In 2022, he featured on the Climate of Change Audible podcast featuring Cate Blanchet and HRH Prince William. In 2026, he spoke about how community spaces are turning climate ambition into everyday action in Ecover’s Let’s Live Clean Podcast.
