A Hand To Guide was created after Regina’s experienced abuse and homlessness. This one on one buddy system starts by just listening to that individual human living in desperate times and works alongside charities and information groups, to provide a personalised  steer  to a better life.

This is a timeless do something for nothing act which empowers victims and aims to abolish suicide and homelessness.
