The Solution to Misogyny is… Men?
Thurs 29 May, 6pm – 7:30pm
Thurs 29 May, 6pm – 7:30pm
Violence against women affects everyone, and Dr. Jackson Katz and Jess Davies believe men have a crucial role to play in ending it.
For decades, Katz has worked with men – from students to CEOs to pro athletes – showing how small actions can make a big difference. In Every Man, he breaks it down: how to challenge sexist jokes, step in when something feels off, and be a better role model for boys and young men.
Davies, a presenter, investigative journalist, and women’s rights campaigner, has exposed the dangers of online misogyny, deepfake pornography, and image-based sexual abuse. In her book, No One Wants to See Your D*ck, she unpacks the rise of misogynistic digital spaces, the impact of unchecked toxic masculinity, and the urgent need for change in the way we understand consent in the digital era.
This isn’t about blame—it’s about action. Whether you’re a father, friend, partner, or colleague, this conversation is for you.
