In collaboration with The Conduit, Women in the Food Industry and The Ethical Deli Market from Todelli are bringing you a sustainable and healthy breakfast club event in celebration of International Women’s Day!
Enjoy a breakfast menu of healthy nibbles along with a dynamic morning discussion featuring esteemed nutritionists, chefs, and cookbook authors who bring a wealth of expertise from diverse culinary backgrounds, dietary philosophies, and cultural perspectives. The discussion will dive into the significance of a balanced breakfast and its profound impact on overall health.
Our speakers will discuss how chefs and nutritionists seamlessly integrate locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients into enticing breakfast menus. As well as this we will be engaging with practical strategies to minimise food waste within your household, delving into the ethical dimensions of food production, exploring fair trade practices, and more.
