Every year we select a minimum of 25 incredible individuals, who are leading positive social, environmental or economic change, within their local communities and beyond, to become Conduit Fellows. Our Fellows all have exceptional potential to drive sustained positive impact in the world but have not yet reached that level of scale. Through our tailored fellowship programme, we aim to connect them to the people, networks, resources and capital they need to amplify and accelerate their work.

Why Become A Conduit Fellow?
Membership of The Conduit opens up access to a community of over members, all engaged in positive social change. Through this community you will be able to grow your impact network, meet like-minded social entrepreneurs and activists, access the thought leadership and programming of The Conduit to grow your knowledge and leadership skills, connect with a peer to peer mentor and work through your business growth challenges with our Team and Community. The Conduit also provides fellows with special access to events and opportunities such as leadership development programmes and speaking opportunities all with the aim of helping you reach a broader audience and scale your work.
Who Can Become A Conduit Fellow?
● Are you are working on a fresh idea or initiative that aims to achieve positive social change in one of the following areas: Climate Action and A Sustainable Future, Employment and Economic Opportunity, Peace and Justice, Health, Nutrition and Wellbeing, Sexuality and Gender Equity, Arts and Culture, Education, Learning and Development, Racial Equity?
● Do you hold a leadership position in the not-for-profit space?
● Do you need to build your network in order to scale your social impact work?
● Are you currently missing the connections you need to lean on to help it grow?
● Would membership be out of reach for you at the current time?

It is also possible and strongly recommended to sponsor a fellow. We, at The Conduit, can only support 25 fellows a year but we know there are so many more changemakers that we would like to support. If you’d like to sponsor a fellow, let us know here.
