With global cuisines ranging from Sri Lanka to the Caribbean, you’ll get to explore dishes from across the world, while discovering the stories, passions, and philosophies behind their menus.
Coming to The Conduit Table
The Feast of Seven Fishes
Inspired by the Italian American Christmas Eve tradition of ‘The Feast of the Seven Fishes’, Guardian Columnist and Eco-Chef Tom Hunt is offering Conduit members the opportunity to experience a ‘sustainable’ take on this classic. A flavoursome, seven-course feast, it will celebrate the best of Britain’s sustainable fish and fishing practices, verified by the Marine Conservation Society.
For vegetarians, there’s an equally delicious, sustainable vegetable-inspired feast, showcasing the soil’s finest regenerative ingredients.
The evening starts at our oyster and mushroom bar with welcome drinks, before you sit down to enjoy an enlightening culinary evening introduced by Chef Tom, the Marine Conservation Society and the Conduit Team.
For each ticket purchased, we will donate £5 to the Marine Conservation Society.
